What to expect:

 

Serenity retreats include workshops and group discussions that cover various aspects of self-care and personal development. These sessions explore topics such as: self-compassion, setting boundaries, managing stress, nurturing healthy relationships, and boosting self-esteem. Engaging in these discussions can provide valuable insights, inspire personal growth, and create a sense of community among participants.

 

Deep soul work through journaling and connecting with others, group time, increased overall wellbeing, delicious meals prepared by the chef on staff, beautiful scenery out in nature, hikes alone or with a friend, a relaxing massage and firepits in the evening.  Lots of free time for doing art, reading, connecting, candle making, playing games and relaxation! 

 

Reach out to your girlfriends and sisters to have the perfect roommate or book a private room!
